RESOLUTION #2026- Q <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF COCO BEACH ONE <br /> SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION OF LAND BEING PART OF A TRACT OF LAND <br /> RECORDED AND DESCRIBED IN INSTRUMENT NUMBER 201201637 OF HALL <br /> COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE AND LOCATED IN PART OF THE NORTH <br /> HALF OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (N '/Z , NE 1/4 ) OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP <br /> 11 NORTH, RANGE 9 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br /> WHEREAS, Known all men by these presents,that Roger L. Luebbe, President of Midland Ag <br /> Services Inc. a Nebraska Cooperation, being the owners of the land described hereon,have caused <br /> same to be surveyed, subdivided,platted and designated as"COCO BEACH ONE <br /> SUBDIVISION", in Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> WHEREAS, the above-described real estate is located in an unincorporated area of Hall <br /> County, and within extraterritorial zoning jurisdiction of the City of Grand Island; and <br /> WHEREAS, on July 1, 2026,the Hall County Regional Planning Commission considered <br /> said final plat at its regular meeting and recommended approval; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County Board of Commissioners of Hall County held a meeting and <br /> considered said final plat on July 14, 2026, upon publication of notice of the same in the Grand <br /> Island Independent, a legal newspaper in the county, be it <br /> RESOLVED, upon review of the final plat and consideration of the recommendations of <br /> the Regional Planning Commission, the report of the County Highway Superintendent or <br /> Engineer, and the evidence, testimony, and comments received, the Board finds that the plat has <br /> been prepared in compliance with the Hall County Subdivision Regulations and such final plat of <br /> COCOC BEACH ONE SUBDIVISION should be and is hereby approved. Dedication of the <br /> streets, roads and public easements depicted thereon are hereby approved and accepted.
