HALL COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION MEETING JUNE 30, 2026 <br /> 9:05 A.M. Quandt made a motion and Lancaster seconded to go into a Board of <br /> Equalization meeting. <br /> ROLL CALL-Present on roll call were Karen Bredthauer, Butch Hurst, Pam Lancaster, <br /> Ron Peterson, Gary Quandt, Jane Richrdson and Scott Sorensen. County Attorney <br /> Marty Klein and Board Assistant Kim Dugan were also present. <br /> NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAW- Chair Peterson read the notice of open meeting <br /> law. <br /> REQUEST TO RESERVE TIME-Chair Peterson called for anyone from the audience if <br /> anyone had a request to reserve time and no one responded. <br /> VERIFY AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION-The affidavit of publication was received. <br /> MINUTES- Quandt made a motion and Lancaster seconded to approve the minutes of <br /> the June 16, 2026, meeting. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Peterson, Quandt, <br /> Richardson and Sorensen all voted yes, and no one voted no. Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC PARTICIPATION-Chair Peterson called for public participation, and no one <br /> responded. <br /> 3.COUNTY ASSESSOR —TAX CORRECTION NOTICES # 935 TO #940 — Deputy <br /> County Assessor Mandy Pfeil presented tax correction notices #935 to #940 requesting <br /> a motion to authorize the chair to sign. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Lancaster seconded to authorize the chair to sign tax <br /> correction notices # 935 to #940. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Peterson, Quandt, <br /> Richardson and Sorensen all voted yes, and no one voted no. Motion carried. <br /> Qquandt thanked Mandy for stepping up during the transition period. <br /> NEW OR UNFINISHED BUSINESS — Chair Peterson called for new or unfinished <br /> business, and no one responded.
