HALL COUNTY BOARD OF CORRECTIONS MEETING AUGUST 11, 2026 <br /> Sorensen made a motion and Lancaster seconded to go into a Board of Corrections <br /> meeting with a roll call vote. <br /> Present on roll call were Karen Bredthauer, Butch Hurst, Pam Lancaster, Ron Peterson, <br /> Gary Quandt, Jane Richardson and Scott Sorensen. Also, present were Kim Dugan <br /> Board Assistant, Corrections Director Todd Bahensky and County Attorney Marty Klein. <br /> NOTICE OF MEETING LAW-Chair Peterson read the notice of open meeting law <br /> VERIFY AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION-The affidavit of publication was received. <br /> MINUTES OF THE MEETING- Quandt made a motion and Lancaster seconded to <br /> approve the minutes of July 14, 2026, meeting, Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, <br /> Peterson, Richardson and Sorensen all voted yes, no one voted no. Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC PARTICIPATION-Chair Peterson called for public participation, and no one <br /> responded. <br /> 3. CORRECTIONS DIRECTORS REPORT-Todd Bahensky stated that their numbers <br /> are at 228 US Marshall are at 89, 15 ICE, 15 probation sanctions and 2 bond revocation <br /> and 1 out of county. <br /> Todd said he did not have anything to report. <br /> Peterson said he did the Corrections inventory and it well organized and interesting to <br /> see all the various items they have on the inventory. <br /> Todd said the chiller project it done. <br /> NEW OR UNFINISHED BUSINESS - Chair Peterson called for new or unfinished <br /> business and no one responded. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 9:37 a.m. <br /> /474 <br /> Marla J.
