HALL COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION MEETING JULY 21, 2026 <br /> 3:00 p.m. <br /> The Hall County Board of Equalization was convened on July 21, 20266, by published call in the County <br /> Board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island. <br /> CALL TO ORDER - The meeting was called to order by Chair Ron Peterson <br /> ROLL CALL - Present on roll call were Karen Bredthauer, Butch Hurst, Pamela Lancaster, Gary <br /> Quandt, Ron Peterson, Jane Richardson and Scott Sorensen. Lancaster not present. <br /> NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAW— Chair Peterson read the notice of the open meeting law. <br /> The affidavit of publication was received. <br /> DISCUSSION & FINAL ACTION ON 2026 PROPERTY VALUATION PROTESTS The following <br /> protests were read into the record for final action. <br /> Sorensen made a motion and Lancaster seconded to approve the 2026 final action on the 2026 <br /> property tax protests. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Peterson, Qquandt, Richardson and Quandt all <br /> voted yes and no one vote no.
