HALL COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATIO MEETING JUNE 16, 2026 <br /> 9:05 A.M. Quandt made a motion and Lancaster seconded to go into a Board of <br /> Equalization meeting. <br /> ROLL CALL-Present on roll call were Karen Bredthauer, Butch Hurst, Pam Lancaster, <br /> Ron Peterson, Gary Quandt, and Scott Sorensen were present. Jane Richrdson was <br /> not present. Board Assistant Kim Dugan was also present. <br /> NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAW- Chair Peterson read the notice of open meeting <br /> law. <br /> REQUEST TO RESERVE TIME-Chair Peterson called for anyone from the audience if <br /> anyone had a request to reserve time and no one responded. <br /> VERIFY AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION-The affidavit of publication was received. <br /> MINUTES- Quandt made a motion and Lancaster seconded to approve the minutes of <br /> the June 2, 2026, meeting. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Peterson, Quandt, and <br /> Sorensen all voted yes, and no one voted no. Jane Richardson was not present. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC PARTICIPATION-Chair Peterson called for public participation, and no one <br /> responded. <br /> 3.COUNTY ASSESSOR — TAX CORRECTION NOTICES # 931 TO #934 — County <br /> Assessor Krist Wold presented tax correction notices #931 to #934 requesting a motion <br /> to authorize the chair to sign. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Lancaster seconded to authorize the chair to sign tax <br /> correction notices # 931 to #934. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Peterson, Quandt, <br /> and Sorensen all voted yes, and no one voted no. Jane Richardson was not present. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> NEW OR UNFINISHED BUSINESS — Chair Peterson called for new or unfinished <br /> business, and no one responded.
