Motion carried. <br /> Peterson as if there are other weed boards and Rob said there are and there are weed <br /> districts. REV.STAT. §2-953.01 provides for an election process by which a county weed district <br /> board may be dissolved and, thereafter, its duties and authority exercised by the county board; and <br /> WHEREAS, NEB. REV. STAT. §2-953.01 provides for the initiation of such an election by a resolution of <br /> the county board requiring the county clerk of such county to place the question on the ballot at the election <br /> next following such resolution; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Commissioners finds that certain economic and non-economic <br /> efficiencies are likely to result from such a dissolution of the Hall County Weed District Board. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Hall County Board of Commissioners that the Hall County Clerk <br /> shall have placed upon the ballot at the next election a ballot question in the following form: <br /> "Shall the Hall County Weed District Board be dissolved and its duties and authority be exercised by the Hall <br /> County Board of Commissioners?
