I1 <br /> HALL COUNTY MUSEUM BOARD MINUTES <br /> STUHR MUSEUM <br /> The scheduled meeting of the Hall County Museum Board was held on Tuesday, March 24th,2026,in the <br /> Edgar& Frances Reynolds Research Center, Stuhr Museum. <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> President Matthew Maser called the meeting to order at 7:00 a.m. <br /> Attending the meeting were Trustees: Matthew Maser,Andy Marsh, Kyle Overturf, Katie Goering,Tom <br /> Gdowski,Selena Lukasiewicz, Kris Nolan Brown, Susan Hageman. Museum Staff: Chris Hochstetler, <br /> Executive Director, Renae Hunt,Chief Financial&Operations Officer, Bryan Roberts,Chief Facilities <br /> Officer, Megan Sharp,Curator, Kylie Christenson,Assistant Curator, Matthew Deepe, Director of <br /> Research,Emily Byerly, Director of Education, Rebecca Benger, Director of Immersive History,Joel <br /> Springer,Curatorial Assistant and Dustin Butler, Business Controller. Sam Scheuler, Foundation <br /> Assistant Director. .Absent: Lisa Thayer. <br /> NEBRASKA OPEN MEETINGS ACT REQUIREMENTS <br /> Mr. Maser stated, as required by law,a copy of the Nebraska Open Meetings Act is available for members <br /> of the public to view. <br /> REQUEST TO ADDRESS THE BOARD <br /> Mr.Maser asked if anyone wished to address the Board, no one responded. <br /> CONFLICT OF INTEREST ANNOUNCEMENT <br /> Mr. Maser asked if anyone had a conflict of interest with any of the agenda items,and no one responded. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> Motion to accept the minutes from the February 24th,2026, board meeting was made by Katie Goering <br /> and seconded by Kyle Overturf. Minutes were approved and will be filed. <br /> HALL COUNTY BOARD LIASION COMMUNICATION <br /> Karen Bredthauer,County Commissioner,was absent. <br /> COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> Finance Committee <br /> Discussion of the February 2026 financials was by lead by Kyle Overturf. <br /> Revenue: Membership revenue in line with budget. Education revenue is down year to date. <br /> Expenses: Salary and wages remain the largest expense. Other expenses noted were the boiler repair for <br /> the maintenance building. <br /> It was noted the Finance Committee reviewed and approved the check registers for February 2026. <br /> Buildings and Grounds Committee <br /> Chris Hochstetler and Bryan Roberts gave report. <br /> Gearing up for spring. <br /> Interior painting of the church will begin on April 10`h,2026. <br /> Collections Committee <br /> Megan Sharp gave report. <br /> 20 people attended Timeless Treasures: Highlights and History from the Stuhr Museum's Silver <br /> Collection. <br /> Deaccession and Disposition <br /> Motion made by Selena Lukasiewicz and seconded by Susan Hageman to approve the 94 items presented <br />
