]Environmental ]Direct 1[nc . <br /> Date: April 6, 2026 Proposal No: 2026-Hall County-2 <br /> Client: Hall County Job Location: Hall County Attorney's Office <br /> Address: 121 South Pine Street 2231 South Locust Street <br /> City/St/Zip: Grand Island, NE 68801 Grand Island, Nebraska <br /> Environmental Direct proposes to perform the following work on a fixed fee basis: <br /> Prices include labor and removal equipment costs required to complete the microbial cleaning activities <br /> for the main level of the Hall County Attorney's Office. <br /> Task 1: Microbial Remediation Services(Second Floor) $12,500.00(Lump Sum) <br /> Removal and disposal of all porous moisture/microbial impacted drywall, ceiling tiles and pipe insulation <br /> at the HVAC units and above ceiling at the second floor of the structure. All remedial/demolition activities <br /> will be completed under negative pressure utilizing HEPA air filtration. Cleaning of porous surfaces <br /> (fabrics/carpet) will be completed utilizing HEPA vacuum. Cleaning of hard non-porous surfaces <br /> (walls/furniture/etc.) will be completed utilizing a HEPA vacuum and wet wiping with Bioesque Botanical <br /> Disinfectant (SDS attached). <br /> Task 2: Microbial Remediation Services(Third Floor) $12,500.00(Lump Sum) <br /> Removal and disposal of all porous moisture/microbial impacted drywall, ceiling tiles and pipe insulation <br /> at the HVAC units and above ceiling at the second floor of the structure. All remedial/demolition activities <br /> will be completed under negative pressure utilizing HEPA air filtration. Cleaning of porous surfaces will <br /> be completed utilizing HEPA vacuum. Please read them carefully as they directly affect the <br /> scope of work and contract terms. <br /> Unless otherwise specified above,this proposal excludes: <br /> 1. Temporary enclosures or weatherproofing of removed materials. <br /> 2. Cleaning of contents will be limited to accessible surfaces, no disassembly of equipment or <br /> furniture. <br /> Owner's/Contractor's/Others' Responsibilities: <br /> 1. Provide access to electricity for uninterrupted use throughout the project. <br /> Miscellaneous Terms: <br /> 1. We include for four (4) mobilizations unless otherwise specified.
