Fee would include Architectural and Interior Design work. <br /> 2. Coordinate with owners Mechanical and Electrical consultants.We can Provide for additional Costs <br /> 3. Bidding and negotiation and construction administration to be provided by CMBA. <br /> 4. Civil survey and engineering are expected to be provided by the Owner <br /> 5. Reimbursable expenses are in addition to the fixed fee and are described below <br /> Our services do not include hazardous material survey or remediation,site survey,civil engineering or <br /> Mechanical or Electrical Engineering services. <br /> CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES/EXPECTATIONS <br /> CMBA expects the client to provide necessary information to the design team in a timely manner.This <br /> information includes project program,desired project schedule, existing site information, known site <br /> limitations known,total project budget,and other items as requested. <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> The schedule we discussed is as follows: <br /> April 2026-Send out requests for proposal to line up Soil Tests <br /> September 2026-Bid and select a Contractor <br /> October-Start Construction <br /> Spring 2027-Estimated construction completion <br /> Schedule would be discussed at the project kick-off meeting and initial milestone dates established at that <br /> time-we understand that you'd like to begin construction as soon as possible. CMBA is available to begin the <br /> design process right away and would proceed in accordance with the schedule established. <br /> COMPENSATION <br /> Proposed fees for Services are as follows: <br /> 1 <br />
