EXHIBIT'A' The site is a 21.96-acre tract of land located in part of the Southeast Quarter(SE X) of Section Eighteen (13),Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10)West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska Or more particularly described as; Parcel 1 Lot One (1) Woodhaven, more particularly described as: A tract of land comprising a part of the Southeast Quarter(SEX), Section Thirteen (13),Township Eleven (11) North, Range Eleven (11)West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. More particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of the Southeast Quarter(SEX); thence N 89°30'57" W, on and upon the south line of said SEX a distance of 195.00 feet; thence along a curve to the left having a radius of 592.00 feet; a chord bearing of N 34°20'56" W, a chord length of 602.77 feet, and an arc length of 632.41 feet to a point on the south line of Lot One (1), C.A.A.P. West Railroad Subdivision;thence S 89°56'46" E on and upon the south line of said Lot 1 a distance of 536.00 feet to a point on the east line of said SEX;thence S 00°06'14" W on and upon the east line of said SEX a distance of 498.80 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said tract contains 3.404 acres more or less, of which 0.602 acres is road Right-of-way to be dedicated. More particularly described as follows: Commencing at the southeast corner of said SE 1/4; thence N 00°06'14" E n and upon the east line of said SE X a distance of 578.68 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence N 89°55'50" W, a chord length of 762.08 feet, and an arc length of 846.47 feet; thence N 00°04'17" E a distance of 455.00 feet; thence S89°34'36" E a distance of 104.00 feet; thence along a curve to the left, having a radius of 3,470.00 feet, a chord bearing of S 53°02'10" E , a chord length of 839.65 feet, and an arc length of 541.71 feet; thence S 82°33'09" E a distance of 640.00 feet to a point on the east line of said SE X;thence S 00°06'14" W, on and upon the east line of said SE X a distance of 407.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said tract contains 18.567 acres more or less, of which 0.310 are occupied by the County Road right—of- way.
