RESOLUTION#2022- L4Q <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF M. & H. GIDEON SECOND <br /> SUBDIVISION, A PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUEARTER (SE1/4) OF SECTION <br /> FIFTEEN (15), TOWNSHIP TEN (10) NORTH, RANGE TWELEVE (12) WEST OF THE <br /> 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br /> WHEREAS, Known all men by these presents,that William G. Gideon and Joyce E. Gideon, <br /> Trustees of the Revocable Inter Vivos Trust of William G. Gideion, and Matthew G. Gideon, <br /> being owners of the land described hereon,have caused same to be surveyed, subdivided, platted <br /> and designated as "M. & H. GIDEON SECOND SUBDIVISION", a subdivision of land located in <br /> the Southeast Quarter(SE 1/4) of Section 15 Township 10 North, Range 12 West of the 6th P.M., <br /> Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> WHEREAS, the above-described real estate is located in an unincorporated area of Hall <br /> County, and is not within an area over which a city or village exercises extraterritorial zoning <br /> jurisdiction; and <br /> WHEREAS, on September 7, 2022, the Hall County Regional Planning Commission <br /> considered said final plat at its regular meeting and recommended approval; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County Board of Commissioners of Hall County held a meeting and <br /> considered said final plat on September 13, 2022, upon publication of notice of the same in the <br /> Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper in the county, be it <br /> RESOLVED, upon review of the final plat and consideration of the recommendations of <br /> the Regional Planning Commission, the report of the County Highway Superintendent or <br /> Engineer, and the evidence, testimony, and comments received, the Board finds that the plat has <br /> been prepared in compliance with the Hall County Subdivision Regulations and such final plat of <br /> M. & H. GIDEON SECOND SUBDIVISION should be and is hereby approved. Dedication of <br /> the streets, roads and public easements depicted thereon are hereby approved and accepted.
