Sarah reported that the county did receive $7,500 of the opioid fund payouts. This is to <br /> continue for 18 years. One payout is through 2031 and the other one is through 2038 <br /> with payouts from Janzen and also Johnson and Johnson. She noted there are some <br /> restrictions on how the funds can be spent. It was also noted that Region 3 Behavioral <br /> Health will receive dollars. Sheriff Conrad sated it could be used for equipment for <br /> investigators for field work and for the Drug Court Task force. They will need to keep <br /> track and document expenses. <br /> 26. DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION CONCERNING MINIMUM THRESHOLD FOR <br /> INVENTORIES - Richardson stated after doing the inventories there was discussion <br /> that this needs to be changed from the $50.00 to a higher amount. Discussion was held <br /> on the amount. <br /> Richardson made a motion and Quandt seconded o raid the minimum amount for the <br /> inventories to $200.00 and approve Resolution #22-054. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, <br /> Quandt, Peterson and Richardson all voted yes and no one voted no. Sorensen was <br /> not present. Motion carried. <br /> COMMITTEE OR BOARD MEMBER REPORTS - Bredthauer reported she attended the <br /> Regional Planning Commission meeting and noted a development on Husker highway <br /> that will have 150 apartments there are 7 buildings stared. And also note a proposed <br /> office building on Webb Road and State Street. <br /> Richardson reported that Stuhr had 266 attend that was up from 195 last year on the <br /> holiday weekend and there was a 31% increase in revenues also note that Chris was <br /> working at the Silver dollar Café. <br /> Quandt reported that Mid Plains has a new interim director and are moving forward. <br /> NE OR UNFINISHED BUSINESS - Chair Peterson called for new or unfinished <br /> business and no one responded. <br /> Meeting adjourned. - - <br /> • <br /> Marla J.
