f .ex I2 <br /> Education Committee <br /> Mrs. Byerly gave the report. This is the last week of Summer Adventures. This year has had the most <br /> amount of Summer Adventure classes. There was 146 granted for scholarships for Summer Adventures <br /> classes. <br /> Collections Committee <br /> Mr. Hochstetler gave the report. The museum has had the tractors that had been deaccessioned a <br /> considerable time ago, they were sold and moved off the property to free up space. <br /> The Committee reviewed 529 items for deaccession; 53 for transfer, 49 to destroy, 392 for auction and <br /> 35 to keep. See list on the Deaccession Proposal form in board packet. Motion to approve these items for <br /> deaccession made by Mr. Deitemeyer, Mr. Allen seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br /> EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S COMMENTS <br /> Mr. Hochstetler referred the board to his written report. Discussion was had. <br /> FOUNDATION REPORT <br /> Mrs. Cook reported highlights from the Stuhr Museum Foundation Board Meeting. The Farm to Table <br /> event has sold out. Mrs. Cook invited the board to get on the waiting list if still interested in attending <br /> the event. The Foundation Board reviewed submitted board members to serve on the board.
