HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING JUNE 21, 2022 The Hall County Board of Supervisors convened June 21, 2022 by published call in the County Board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island. CALL TO ORDER - The meeting was called to order by Chair Ron Peterson. INVOCATION - Invocation was given by Jane Richardson PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE — The Pledge of Allegiance was given in unison. ROLL CALL - Present on roll call were Karen Bredthauer, Butch Hurst, Pamela Lancaster, Gary Quandt, Jane Richardson and Scott Sorensen. Also present were Deputy County Attorney Sarah Carstensen, County Sheriff Richard Conrad and Board Assistant Kim Dugan. NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAW— Chair Peterson read the notice of open meeting law. REQUEST TO RESERVE TIME - Chair Peterson called for anyone who wanted to reserve time on a specific agenda item and no one responded. VERIFY AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION - The affidavit of publication was received. CONSENT AGENDA— Hurst made a motion and Quandt seconded to approve the following by consent agenda. 1. Placed on file the minutes from the June 7, 2022 meeting 2. 12 Approved the interlocal agreement with the City of Grand Island for ambulance service 3. 15 Approved the final plat and Resolution # 2022 - 031 for Stuhr Acres Subdivision 4. 15b Approved the final plat and Resolution #2022-032 for Prairie Creek Hills Subdivision 5. 17 Approved the biweekly pay claims 6. 18 Approved the regular claims 7. 19 Placed on file the office reports from the County Clerk and Assessor/Register of Deeds 8. 20 Placed on file the Hall County Treasurer's miscellaneous receipts Chair Peterson stated that the agreement with the City for the ambulance services is a 2 year agreement the cost for the first year is the same as last year and three will be a 5% year increase for next year. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Petersen, Richardson and Sorensen all voted yes and no one voted no. Motion carried. 1
