RESOLUTION #2022- 0,40 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF RISKOWSKI ACRES <br /> SUBDIVISION, A TRACT OF LAND BEING PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER <br /> OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTHER (SE 1/4 SE 1/4 ) OF SECTION SEVENTEEN (17), <br /> TOWNSHIP (10) NORTH, RANGE ELEVEN (10) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL <br /> COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br /> WHEREAS, Known all men by these presents, Cheryl Riskowski and John Riskowski, wife and <br /> husband, being the sole owners of land described hereon, have caused same to be surveyed, <br /> subdivided,platted and designated as"RISKOWSKI ACRES SUBDIVISION", a subdivision of <br /> land located in the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter(SE '/4 SE '/4) of Section 17, <br /> Township 10 North, Range 11 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,Nebraska. <br /> WHEREAS, the above-described real estate is located in an unincorporated area of Hall <br /> County, and is within an area over which the city of Wood Rivere exercises extraterritorial <br /> zoning jurisdiction; and <br /> WHEREAS, on May 11, 2022,the Hall County Regional Planning Commission considered <br /> said final plat at its regular meeting and recommended approval; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County Board of Commissioners of Hall County held a meeting and <br /> considered said final plat on May 24, 2022, upon publication of notice of the same in the Grand <br /> Island Independent, a legal newspaper in the county, be it <br /> RESOLVED, upon review of the final plat and consideration of the recommendations of <br /> the Regional Planning Commission, the report of the County Highway Superintendent or <br /> Engineer, and the evidence, testimony, and comments received, the Board finds that the plat has <br /> been prepared in compliance with the Hall County Subdivision Regulations and such final plat of <br /> RISKOWSKI ACRES SUBDIVISION should be and is hereby approved. Dedication of the <br /> streets, roads and public easements depicted thereon are hereby approved and accepted.
