RESOLUTION #22-4 7 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND THE FINAL <br /> PLAT FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) ON A TRACT OF PROPERTY <br /> DESCRIBED AS LOTS 1, 2,3 AND OUTLOT D OF WILD ROSE RANCH ESTATES <br /> SUBDIVISION IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br /> WHEREAS, Wild Rose Ranch Estates Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," are the <br /> owners of a tract of land described as Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3) and Outlot D of Wild <br /> Rose Ranch Estates Subdivision in Hall County, Nebraska, and <br /> WHEREAS, the aforesaid tract is located within the zoning jurisdiction of Hall County; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the Hall County Comprehensive Plan allows for the development of Planned <br /> Unit Developments (PUD's) in the Agricultural areas of the County, and <br /> WHEREAS, a preliminary development plan and preliminary plat has been submitted in <br /> accordance with the Hall County Zoning Regulations, and <br /> WHEREAS, the development plan anticipated development of three residences with <br /> access by a private road and this amendment anticipate the development of a single residence <br /> with access by private road, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Hall County Regional Planning Commission held a public hearing at <br /> their meeting on and recommended approval of the final plan and final plat of the second phase <br /> of this development at their meeting on May 14, 2022. <br /> WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Commissioners has conducted a public hearing on <br /> May 24, 2022 regarding application, and <br /> NOW BE IT RESOLVED that the Hall County Board of Commissioners consents <br /> to and approves of the Second and Final Phase of development plan for Wild Rose Ranch Estates <br /> Second Subdivision and amends the Hall County Zoning Map to include this amendment to the <br /> development plan and in addition the Hall County Board of Commissioners consents to and <br /> approves the subdivision plat Wild Rose Ranch Second Subdivision. <br /> Resolution moved by Commissioner ee..1.1/4( Cu q„td,-t . <br /> Seconded by Commissioner 4(,(,m ala L a"C.et s+e_y- <br /> Vote: <br /> Commissioner Hurst: For N‹; Against ; Abstained ; Not Present <br /> Commissioner Bredthauer: For y( ; Against ; Abstained ; Not Present . <br />
