Recommendation Memo ZP CC <br /> From: Regional Planning Commission <br /> Meeting: April 26, 2022 <br /> Subject: Concerning re-adoption of the Hall County Zoning <br /> Resolution with amendments <br /> Item #'s: <br /> Presenter(s): Chad Nabity AICP, Regional Planning Director <br /> Background <br /> Concerning re-adoption of the Zoning Resolution for Hall County with amendments <br /> as proposed by staff. Planning Department Staff has been reviewing the regulation <br /> for all of the jurisdictions served by the department and updating various section of <br /> the regulations. The attached Director's Memo and Resolution outline those changes <br /> in detail. These changes do include adopting the newest version of the model flood <br /> plain regulations as required by FEMA and the Nebraska Department of Natural <br /> Resources. <br /> Discussion <br /> At the regular meeting of the Regional Planning Commission, held April 6, 2022, the <br /> above item was considered following a public hearing. <br /> From the Planning Commission Meeting: <br /> O'Neill opened the public hearing. <br /> Nabity stated Regional Planning department staff has reviewed the Hall County <br /> Zoning Regulations and is suggesting a number of small changes throughout the <br /> document and redrafted and has redrafted Article 8 <br /> No members of the public testified and no members of the commission had <br /> additional questions. <br /> O'Neill closed the public hearing. <br /> Recommendation <br />
