AGREEMENT <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this / day of f r'tc< , <br /> 20e-F:-by and between the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, Party of the First Part, and <br /> STUHR MUSEUM, Party of the Second Part, whereby the parties hereto agree to as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. the County of Hall agrees to do snow removal and maintain a service road, as <br /> per attached, on property of STUHR MUSEUM three and two-tenths (3.2) <br /> miles for a period of one (1) year commencing January 1, 2022 for the sum of <br /> Five Hundred Sixty Dollars & 00/100 ($560.00), said maintenance not to <br /> include any regraveling or regarding whatsoever. If said road needs <br /> regraveling or regarding to the opinion of the Stuhr Museum Board, the <br /> County of Hall will do same at cost. <br /> 2.
