COPY <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> THIS AGREEMENT made by and between the County of Hall, State of <br /> Nebraska, and Kuester Lake, Inc., PROVIDES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> I. <br /> The County of Hall agrees to provide snow clearing service on the main <br /> academized arterial road through the area known as Kuester Lake, Inc.; <br /> II. <br /> For and in consideration of the County so agreeing as set forth in subparagraph I <br /> above, Kuester Lake, Inc., Inc., by its authorized representative agrees to pay the County <br /> of Hall the sum of$ 200.00 for every hour the County's maintaining machines are <br /> engaged in such work upon the arterial road, for snowfall events of three (3) inches or <br /> more unless notified otherwise, at a minimum of one hour; <br /> III. <br /> This agreement in addition to the above is subject to the following conditions; <br /> a. The County of Hall shall not be obligated to direct its machines for such work <br /> until the public roads of the County are, in the opinion of the County Public <br /> Works Director, sufficiently cleared for public traffic; <br /> b. The County of Hall shall not be obligated to either haul any snow away from <br /> the area or be required to clear driveways or walkways that become blocked or <br /> partially blocked by virtue of the machines casting the snow aside; <br /> c. The term of this agreement shall be for a period of one year commencing <br /> cgdlr , 2022, but may be canceled by either party upon notice to the other <br /> 30 days`fn advance of cancellation date; <br /> d.
