BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br /> RESOLUTION #22- 0 op <br /> A RESOLUTION CORRECTING A TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR IN RESOLUTION 21-037 <br /> ESTABLISHING THE SALARY FOR THE OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY ELECTION COMMISSIONER FOR <br /> THE TERM OF OFFICE COMMENCING JANUARY 1, 2022 <br /> WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Commissioners set and established the salary <br /> for the office of county election commissioner at least 60 days prior to the expiration of the <br /> term of office of the election commissioner holding office; and <br /> WHEREAS resolution #21-037 contained a typographical error in the resolution <br /> document recording the amount of salary to be paid to the election commissioner; <br /> NOW BE IT RESOLVED, that the employment terms and conditions for the county <br /> election commissioner be hereby set as follows: <br /> 1. The annual salary for the office of election commissioner is established at <br /> $81,375.58 for calendar year 2022, at $83,003.09 for calendar year 2023, at $84,663.15 for <br /> calendar year 2024 and at $86,356.42 for calendar year 2025. <br /> 2. The Election Commissioner shall be a full time position. The office of the <br /> election commissioner shall remain open during noon hour for the 7 weeks <br /> immediately preceding a primary or general election, and may otherwise be closed <br /> during the noon hour. <br /> 3. The Election Commissioner shall be subject to the personnel policies and <br /> procedures as set forth in the Hall County Employee Handbook except to the extent that <br /> those personnel policies and procedures are inconsistent with the terms of this <br /> resolution, in which event the terms of this resolution will control. <br /> 4. The above salary shall be on a paid bi-weekly basis or on such other periodic <br /> basis asestablished by the Board of Commissioners. <br /> 5. In addition to the salary as set forth above, the Hall County Election <br /> Commissioner shall receive during the term of office employee only or employee and <br /> family health, medical anddental benefits pursuant to the terms and conditions of the <br /> county's Employee Health Benefit Plan under the same terms and conditions as offered <br /> to all county employees. The county reserves the right to change deductible amounts, <br /> co-payment amounts, and other terms and conditions of said benefit plan at any time <br /> prior to or during the term of office. <br />
