RESOLUTION #21-1) 3.. <br /> A RESOLUTION PERMITTING THE CONDITIONAL USE OF A CERTAIN TRACT OF <br /> LAND BEING PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE1/4) OF SECTION EIGHTEEN <br /> (18), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE TEN (10) WEST OF THE SIXTH P.M., <br /> HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br /> WHEREAS, O'Neill Transportation and Equipment, LLC, hereinafter referred to as <br /> "applicant," is the owner of property in Hall County, Nebraska described as follows: <br /> SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT A <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, applicant has filed a renewal application to use the above-described property <br /> to manufacture end use wood products and to recycle associated materials such as cardboard, <br /> plastics, and paper, among others; and <br /> WHEREAS, the above described property is located in a district presently zoned for AG-SI <br /> use; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed conditional use in a district zoned AG-SI is a permitted <br /> conditional use pursuant to Appendix A, Zoning Matrix, of the Zoning Resolution of Hall County, <br /> Nebraska, as amended; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed conditional use is consistent with the Cornhusker Army <br /> Ammunition Reuse Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, on August 19, 2021, a public hearing on said application was held by the Hall <br /> County Board of Commissioners upon due and proper notice of said hearing; and <br /> WHEREAS, at said public hearing the public was given the opportunity to speak in favor <br /> of and in opposition to the application for conditional use; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Commissioners finds that such use is authorized <br /> under the conditional uses within the AG-SI Zoning District, that such use, as limited herein, <br /> will not adversely affect the public interest, and that said Board is empowered under the Zoning <br /> Resolution to permit such conditional use. <br />
