This would be a skilled and independent care facility so it would be a little different. <br /> Lancaster called for any questions. The board will watch the city and also the board needs to <br /> consider the rescue dollars and see if there may be more guidelines. <br /> Sorensen stated the county needs more time to determine our needs. <br /> Lancaster noted Hall County could use these dollars and there may be some opportunities with <br /> the rescue dollars we do not know at this time. <br /> Richardson ask if it would be possible to wait until the end of May she stated she is not <br /> comfortable now. Discussion was held if the county could ask if the county could do a portion of <br /> the request. <br /> Tabitha expressed concern that the constructions costs have increased and they would use <br /> local companies. This project would also create 65 job opportunities, they would like to get the <br /> bank qualified dollars up front. This is a renewal for a condition use permit it was formerly Muckels <br /> Air, so there is a name change. This is a renewal of the previous permit. They do not store the <br /> planes there it is used to store the chemicals. There is also a storage building at this site. They <br /> have all of the haz-mat and safety issues in place. This is refill station for the planes so they <br /> can spray farmer's crops. <br /> Lancaster called for public participation and no one responded. <br /> Quandt made motion ad Bredthauer seconded to close the public hearing.
