202102287 <br /> HALL COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> RESOLUTION#21-006 <br /> A RESOLUTION VACATING <br /> A PORTION OF 70TH ROAD NORTH OF SCHULTZ ROAD <br /> (INCLUDING THE CURVE ON ALDA ROAD-LINK L40C) <br /> WHEREAS, on January 5, 2021, by Resolution 21-001, the Hall County Board of Commissioners, and <br /> pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 39-1722,directed the County Highway Superintendent to study the use being <br /> made of the public road named 70th Road north of Schultz Road (including the curve on Alda Road - Link <br /> L40C) shown on the attached survey record and more particularly described as: <br /> LEGAL DESCRIPTION (TRACT#1) <br /> A tract of land comprising a part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter(SPA SEA), Section <br /> Nineteen (19), Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th/ P.M., Hall County, <br /> Nebraska. More particularly described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the southeast corner of said SE% SE%; thence N00°38'00"E on and upon the east line <br /> of said SE' SE' a distance of 116.87 feet to a point; thence N49°22'49"W a distance of 43.07 feet to <br /> the Point of Beginning; thence continuing N49°22'49"W a distance of 148.86 feet to the southeast <br /> corner of Lot 1, Alda South Subdivision; thence northerly along the east line of said Lot 1, around a <br /> curve in a counter-clockwise direction,having a radius of 540.70 feet, a chord bearing of N 19°34'48"E <br /> and a chord distance of 351.14 feet, to a point on the westerly right-of-way line of 70th/ Road; thence <br /> S00°38'00"W on and upon the west line of said 70th/Road and parallel with the east line of said SE'/4 <br /> SE'/4 a distance of 427.78 feet to the Point of Beginning.
