EXECUTIVE SESSION REGARDING TERC LITIGATION - <br /> 9:58 a.m. to 10:22 a.m. executive session <br /> 12. EXECUTIVE SESSION — MENTAL HEALTH HEARINGS <br /> 10:22 a.m. to 11:01 a.m. executive session <br /> 11:01 a.m. Sorensen made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to go out of executive session. <br /> Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson, Richardson and Sorensen all voted yes and no <br /> one voted no. Motion carried <br /> Lancaster stated that there were no other subjects discussed, no votes were taken and no <br /> action was taken. <br /> There is no action to be taken from the executive sessions. <br /> 11:06 Adjourned the Board of Equalization meeting and returned to the regular meeting. <br /> COMMITTEE OR BOARD MEMBER'S REPORTS —Quandt stated that the ambulance <br /> committee will meet regarding the new contract. Mayor Steele, Jerry Janulewicz and Fire Chief <br /> Corey Schmidt will meet. They should have some information by the next meeting. <br /> Bredthauer stated she did not have a report <br /> Lancaster stated they need to be aware of the casino gambling approval and how it may affect <br /> horse racing and keno. 75% will go to the State, 5% to the Hall County Ag Society and the <br /> remaining 20% will be divided between the City and the County. <br /> Quandt noted that the Ag Society has to maintain the buildings even though the state uses <br /> them.
