HALL COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MEETING FEBRUARY 2, 2021 <br /> The Hall County Board of Commissioners convened February 2, 2021 by published call in the <br /> County Board meeting room, 121 South Pine Street, Grand Island NE. <br /> CALL TO ORDER- The meeting was called to order by Pam Lancaster <br /> INVOCATION - Scott Sorensen gave the invocation <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE was given in unison. <br /> ROLL CALL- Present on roll call were Karen Bredthauer, Butch Hurst, Pam Lancaster, Gary <br /> Quandt, Ron Peterson, Jane Richardson and Scott Sorensen. Also present were Kim Dugan <br /> and Deputy County Attorney Sarah Christensen. <br /> AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION —the affidavit of publication was received. <br /> REQUEST TO RESERVE TIME — Chair Lancaster called for anyone regarding a request to <br /> reserve time and no one responded. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA— Peterson made a motion and Quandt seconded to approve the following <br /> by consent agenda. <br /> 1. Placed on file the minute of the January 19, 2021 meeting <br /> 2. 16 approved the surplus list from the IT Department <br /> 3. 18 Approved the bi weekly pay claims <br /> 4. 19 Placed on file the Office report from the Building Inspector and the minutes from <br /> Stuhr Museum <br /> 5. 20 Placed on file the Hall County Treasurer's miscellaneous receipts <br /> 6. 21 Letter from NIRMA regarding the NIRMA Assist grant Peterson read the letter <br /> 7. <br /> Lancaster sated she appreciated the update from Stuhr Museum. <br /> Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson, Richardson and Sorensen all voted yes and no <br /> one voted no.
