Members present were Francis Hannon,Neal Sidders, Gary Jacobson, Wayne <br /> Foster, Kelly Markham, Scott Sorensen, and Rob Schultz. <br /> The meeting was opened at 3:00 PM. Minutes were read by Gary and approved with a <br /> motion by Francis. Kelly seconded. Motion passed. <br /> Claims for January were read and approved with a motion by Gary that was seconded by <br /> Francis. Motion carried. November expenses to date are: $5,030.58 and income was <br /> $10,292.32. <br /> Public Participation: None. <br /> Old Business: <br /> • Platte River Resilience Fund update: The endowment fund was started over a <br /> year ago. Their main goal is working on phragmites control on the river. Fund <br /> raising will be an ongoing process. The next meeting is in 2 weeks. <br /> • 10 Day Notices were sent out to Ted Robb, Jerome Schoel and Michael Jones this <br /> past fall. Rob turned Ted's and Jerome's bill over to the Treasurer's office and <br /> imposed a lien on the property. They will have to pay at the Treasurer's office. <br /> New Business: <br /> • Election of officers for 2021 was held. Francis made a motion and Kelly seconded <br /> to leave the officers the same. Francis-President, Neal-Vice President, Gary- <br /> Secretary. <br /> • Discussed the NDA State Reports for 2021. Kelly made motion and Neal <br /> seconded to approve and have the President sign the NDA Annual State Reports. <br /> Motion passed. <br /> • Signed the Resolution delegating authority to the Weed Superintendent for 2021. <br /> Kelly made motion to sign the resolution and Francis seconded. Motion passed. <br /> • Signed Official Seal document for the Secretary of State. <br /> • NWCA Conference in Columbus has been moved to July or August due to the <br /> COVID virus. NWCA spring training to be held in late March might also be <br /> postponed. <br /> • PVWMA update: Funding is good for 3-4 years. Bids will be going out for <br /> helicopter, airboat and drone spraying within the next couple of weeks. <br /> A motion to adjourn was made by Francis and seconded by Neal. Motion carried. <br /> The next meeting will be held Monday, February 1, 2021 at 3:00 P.M. <br /> Gary Jacobson, Secretary <br />
