HALL COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MEETING DECEMBER 8, 2020 <br /> The Hall County Board of Commissioners convened December 8, 2020 by published <br /> call in the County Board meeting room, 121 South Pine Street, Grand Island NE. <br /> CALL TO ORDER- The meeting was called to order by Pam Lancaster <br /> INVOCATION was given by Ron Peterson. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE was given in unison. <br /> ROLL CALL - Present on roll call were Karen Bredthauer, Butch Hurst, Pam Lancaster, <br /> Gary Quandt, Ron Peterson, Jane Richardson and Scott Sorensen. Also present were <br /> Kim Dugan and Deputy County Attorney Sarah Christensen. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA— Peterson made a motion and Quandt seconded to approve the <br /> following by consent agenda. <br /> 1. Placed on file the minutes of the November 24, 2020 meeting <br /> 2. 14 Approved the recommendation appointing Jeremiah Johnson as a member to <br /> the extension board <br /> 3. 15 Approved the County newspapers for 2021 <br /> 4. 17 Approved a 2 week extension for the board chair to approve COVID related <br /> issues <br /> 5. 18 Received the communication from the Nebraska Public Service commission <br /> regarding order adopting funding recommendations for Next generation 911 in <br /> the State of Nebraska <br /> 6. 19 Approved the final plat and Resolution #20-224 for Beckett Subdivision <br /> 7. 16 a,b,c,plulled these items will to be addressed in 2 weeks <br /> 8. 24 Approved the biweekly pay claims <br /> 9. 25 Approved the early claims <br /> 10.26 approved the early claim for the Corrections Department from the Building <br /> and Land Improvement Reserve Fund <br /> 11.27 Placed on file the office reports from the Hall County Building Inspector, Hall <br /> County Sheriff , Hall & Howard County Juvenile Diversion <br /> 12.28 Place on file the Hall County treasurers miscellaneous receipts <br /> 13.29 No Communications on file <br /> Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson, Richardson and Sorensen all voted <br /> yes and none voted no.
