HALL COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MEETING OCTOBER 27, 2020 <br /> The Hall County Board of Commissioners convened October 27, 2020 by published call in the <br /> County Board meeting room, 121 South Pine Street, Grand Island, NE. <br /> CALL TO ORDER-The Meeting was called to order by Pamela Lancaster <br /> INVOCATION was given by Karen Bredthauer <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE was given in unison. <br /> ROLL CALL-Present on roll call were Karen Bredthauer, Butch Hurst, Pam Lancaster, Gary <br /> Quandt, Ron Peterson and Jane Richardson. Richard Hartman was absent due to his death <br /> 10/27/2020. <br /> NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAW-Chair Lancaster read the notice of open meeting law. <br /> REQUEST TO RESERVE TIME-Chair Lancaster called for anyone from the audience had <br /> requested to reserve time and no one responded. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA Peterson mad a motion and Quandt seconded to approve the following by <br /> consent agenda. <br /> 1. Placed on file the October 13, 2020 minutes <br /> 2. 5 Received and placed on file the siting application from Smart Soil LLC <br /> 3. 6 Referred the siting application from Smart Soil LLC to the Region Planning <br /> Commission for their consideration <br /> 4. 7 Set the public hearing for Smart Soil LLC for January 12, 2021 at 10:00 am <br /> 5. 10(A) Set the bid opening for 9:30 am on Tuesday November 24, 2020 for fiscal year <br /> 2020/2021 gravel <br /> 6. 11(A) Approved the Red Cross blood donation that is scheduled on Thursday December <br /> 17, 2020 in the Board Meeting Room <br /> 7. 13 Approved Resolution #20-204 the Amendment & Addendum to NIRMA/NIRMAII <br /> Inter-governmental interlocal agreements <br /> 8. 16 County Treasurer-Received the report for certification of 285 distress warrants that <br /> was forwarded to Hall County Sheriff's office for collection <br /> 9. 17 Regional Planning discuss & approve Resolution #20-203 for the final plat for <br /> Farmstead South Subdivision <br /> 10. 20 Approved Biweekly claims <br /> 11. 21 Approved regular claims <br /> 12. 22 Placed on file the office reports-Stuhr Museum minutes <br /> 13. 23 Place on file Hall County Treasurer's Miscellaneous receipts <br /> 14. 24 Communications-none on file <br /> Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson and Richardson all voted yes and none voted <br /> no.
