COUNTY ATTORNEY-DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING NEOC <br /> COMPLAINT REGARDING CRAIG HARRENSTEIN-Carstensen stated she thought it <br /> was a good idea to move forward with NIRMA to engage in the County's behalf. Pam <br /> Bourne would represent and has worked on this nature of complaint before. She asked <br /> the board to make motion to work with NIRMA to represent Hall County. <br /> Quandt made a motion Bredthauer seconded for NIRMA to represent Hall County in this <br /> matter. Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, Quandt, Lancaster and Peterson all voted yes and <br /> none voted no. Richardson was absent. Motion Carried. <br /> 18 A .COUNTY TREASUER-DISSCUSS & APPROVE RESOLUTION TO INCREASE <br /> PUBLIC DEPOSITORY BOND TO $10,000,000.00-Verplank stated the surety bond <br /> changes monthly, but that pledged collateral moves with what is in the bank daily. <br /> Quandt made a motion Bredthauer seconded to approve resolution #20-183 to increase <br /> public depository bond to $10,000,000.00. Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, <br /> Quandt and Peterson all voted yes and none voted no. Richardson was absent. Motion <br /> Carried. <br /> 18 B. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION TO WITHDRAW/CANCEL PUBLIC <br /> DEPOSITORY BOND. <br /> Quandt made a motion Bredthauer seconded to approve resolution #20-184 to <br /> withdraw/cancel public depository bond. Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, Quandt, <br /> Lancaster and Peterson all voted yes and none voted no. Richardson was absent. <br /> Motion Carried. <br />
