HALL COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MEETING MAY 26, 2020 <br /> The Hall County Board of Commissioners convened May 26, 2020 by published call in <br /> the County Board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island and by Via Zoom <br /> CALL TO ORDER-The meeting was called to order by Pam Lancaster <br /> INVOCATION was given by Butch Hurst <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> ROLL CALL-Present on roll call were Pam Lancaster, Butch Hurst, Karen Bredthauer, <br /> Gary Quandt were present in the County Board room and Ron Peterson, Dick Hartman, <br /> Jane Richardson were present by zoom, also present were Sarah Carstensen, Deputy <br /> County Attorney and Board assistant Kim Dugan <br /> NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAW-Chair Lancaster read the notice of open meeting <br /> law <br /> REQUEST TO RESERVE TIME-Chair Lancaster called for anyone from the audience <br /> had request to reserve time and no one responded. <br /> VERIFY AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION-The Affidavit of publication was received. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA-Peterson made motion Quandt seconded to approve the following <br /> by consent agenda <br /> 1. Placed on file the Minutes of the April 28, 2020 meeting and the Special Meeting <br /> Minutes on May 19, 2020 <br /> 2. 10 Approved Five Points Bank Resolution #20-086 thru 20-103 <br /> 3. 20 Approve Biweekly Pay Claims <br /> 4. 21 Approve regular claims <br /> 5. County Office Reports-County Sheriff quarterly report, County Sheriff report for <br /> January & March, Hall & Howard County Juvenile Diversion for February & April, <br /> County Clerk, County Building Department, Register of Deeds, Stuhr Museum <br /> meeting minutes <br /> 6. Hall County Treasurer's Miscellaneous receipts <br /> 7. Communications-Terc notice & findings <br /> Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson and Richardson all voted <br /> yes, motion carried. <br />
