Bredthauer made a motion to ratify A thru F Quandt seconded the motion. Bredthauer, <br /> Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson and Richardson all voted yes, none voted <br /> no. Motion Carried. <br /> 17 COUNTY CLERK & COUNTY TREASURER-DISCUSSION REGARDING BANK <br /> FEES.- Marla Conley County Clerk was present and stated the Clerk's Office has 3 <br /> accounts with Wells Fargo and was letting board know she would like to switch to five <br /> points bank because of fees that Wells Fargo is charging and to have someone local. <br /> 18 DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION TO APPROVE RESOLUTION FOR SALE OF <br /> SURPLUS POPERTY FOR DRUG COURT-Marla Conley stated Cheryl from Drug <br /> Court had called her regarding a 2004 dodge that is pretty much on its last leg and they <br /> wanted to dispose of it. With it being County property Conley stated it has to be <br /> determined surplus before it can be disposed. Mrs. Conley stated that the Drug Court <br /> board had voted to dispose of the vehicle, they were just going to hand over to Todd <br /> Rosno. Mrs. Conley stated there is a resolution to declare an item surplus property, she <br /> stated in her opinion there should be a resolution to dispose this vehicle. <br /> Quandt made a motion to prepare a resolution and bring back for approval on June 9th <br /> 2020 meeting. Bredthauer seconded the motion. Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, <br /> Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson and Richardson all voted yes, none voted no. Motion <br /> Carried. <br /> 19 COMMITTEE OR BOARD MEMBER REPORTS-Richardson stated that Stuhr <br /> Museum was holding summer classes and following 10 and under rule an can social <br /> distance. <br /> Peterson stated that Theresa Anderson has done a great job communicating to the <br /> public. <br /> Loren Humphrey stated that if the judges wanted they could in house remove some <br /> walls in federal building to create more space. <br /> NEW OF UNFINISHED BUSINESS —Richardson and Lancaster stated Fonner Park <br /> was at end of racing and that they were only track running in country for a while.
