Quandt made a motion to rebid in fall (September) for fire suppression system <br /> Hartman seconded the vote. Bredthauer, Hurst, Hartman, Lancaster, Quandt and <br /> Peterson all voted yes and Richardson voted no. Motion Carried. <br /> 6 BID OPENING FOR THE THIRD FLOOR EGRESS FOR THE HALL COUNTY <br /> COURTHOUSE-Hartman said they need to hold off on this bid until September like the <br /> other one. <br /> Hartman made a motion to hold off on bid project until September and Quandt <br /> seconded it, Bredthauer, Hurst, Hartman, Lancaster, Quandt and Peterson all voted yes <br /> Richardson voted no. Motion Carried. <br /> 7 BID OPENING FOR COMPETITIVE BIDS GRADER BLADES —Riehle stated these <br /> are blades to maintaining gravel roads. <br /> Bredthauer made a motion to open bids for grade blades Hurst seconded it, all voted <br /> yes, motion carried. <br /> County Clerk Deputy Shanda Conley opened 4 bids and read them into record, bids <br /> were given to Riehle to make final decision and the low bid from Midwest Service and <br /> Sales won the bid. Hurst made a motion and Quandt seconded. Bredthauer, Hurst, <br /> Hartman, Quandt, Lancaster, Peterson and Richardson all voted yes and none voted <br /> no. All voted yes, motion carried. <br /> 8 UPDATE REGARDING ELECTION COMMISSIONER'S MANAGEMENT OF THE <br /> ELECTION-Tracy Overstreet stated that the primary election is May 12, 2020 and she <br /> has to have 127 people lined up and assigned for polling sites for the election. There <br /> was a news conference that asked that polling sites remained open and that they would <br /> be sanitized and that sanitation kits were being sent to all the counties polling sites <br />
