HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING FEBRUARY 18, 2020 <br /> The Hall County Board of Supervisors convened February 18, 2020 by published call in the <br /> County Board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island. <br /> CALL TO ORDER -The meeting was called to order by Chair Pam Lancaster. <br /> INVOCATION was given by Chair Lancaster <br /> ROLL CALL - Present on roll call were Karen Bredthauer, Dick Hartman, Butch Hurst, Pamela <br /> Lancaster, Ron Peterson, Gary Quandt., and Jane Richardson. Also present was Board <br /> Assistant Kim Duncan, and Deputy County Attorney Sarah Carstensen. And County Attorney <br /> Marty Klein <br /> NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAW—Chair Lancaster read the notice of open meeting law. <br /> REQUEST TO RESERVE TIME — Chair Lancaster called for anyone from the audience had a <br /> request to reserve time and no one responded. <br /> VERIFY AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION - The affidavit of publication was received. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA— Peterson made a motion and Quandt seconded to approve the following <br /> by consent agenda. <br /> 1. Placed on file the minutes of the February 4, 2020 meeting <br /> 2. 11 Placed on file the compilation report for keno for December 31, 2019 and <br /> 2018 <br /> 3. 13 Approved the 2020 Board of Equalization and budget schedule <br /> 4. 15 Placed on file the settlement of the Hall County Treasurer with the Hall <br /> County Board <br /> 5. 16 Approved the Resolution 20-021 through 20-038 for Five Points Bank <br /> 6. A6 Approved Resolution 20-020 for Travelers Casualty & Surety Company of <br /> America for $6,000,000.00 for the public depository bond. <br /> 7. 17 Placed on file the Hall County Extension Annual report <br /> 8. 22 Approved the bi weekly pay claims <br /> 9. 24 Approved Resolution 20-039 for Amick Acres East Second subdivision <br /> 10.24b Approved the Resolution #20-040 for Jarzynka Subdivision <br /> 11.25. Placed on file the county office reports the Weed Board minutes, Hall <br /> County Attorney statistics, Assessor/Register of Deeds, County Clerk <br /> 12.26. Placed on file the Hall County Treasurer's miscellaneous receipts <br /> 13.27. Placed on file communications - Letter from DHHS regarding federal <br /> fiscal year 2017 incentive payment <br /> Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson, and Richardson all voted yes and none voted <br /> no.
