RESOLUTION # 19-s <br /> A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE SALARY FOR COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> FOR THE FOUR YEAR TERM BEGINNING JANUARY 7, 2021 <br /> WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors is required by law to set and establish <br /> salaries for County Commissioners for the four-year term of office commencing on January 7, <br /> 2021. <br /> WHEREAS under Resolution #17-062 the County Board of Supervisors set the annual <br /> salary for the office of County Supervisor (Commissioner) was set for calendar year 2021 at <br /> $31,500.73 and for the calendar year 2022 set at $32,130.74; <br /> NOW, BE IT RESOLVED that the base annual salary for the office of County <br /> Commissioner for the four-year term commencing January 7, 2021 be set as follows: <br /> For the calendar year 2021 $ 31,500.73 <br /> For the calendar year 2022 $ 32,130.74 <br /> For the calendar year 2023 $ 32,130.74 <br /> For the calendar year 2024 through the end of term $ 32,130.74 <br /> The aforesaid amounts shall be paid on a bi-weekly basis or on such other periodic basis as <br /> established by the Board of Supervisors. <br /> In addition to the salary as set forth above, County Commissioners shall receive during <br /> their term of office employee only or employee and family health, medical and dental benefits <br /> pursuant to the terms and conditions of the county's Employee Health Benefit Plan under the same <br /> terms and conditions as offered to all county employees.
