HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING DECEMBER 17 2019 <br /> The Hall County Board of Supervisors convened December 17, 2019 by published call in the <br /> County Board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island. <br /> CALL TO ORDER -The meeting was called to order by Chair Pam Lancaster. <br /> INVOCATION was given by Ron Peterson <br /> ROLL CALL - Present on roll call were Karen Bredthauer, Dick Hartman, Butch Hurst, Pamela <br /> Lancaster, Ron Peterson, Gary Quandt., and Jane Richardson. Also present was Board <br /> Assistant Kim Duncan, County Attorney Marty Klein and Deputy County Attorney Sarah <br /> Carstensen. <br /> NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAW—Chair Lancaster read the notice of open meeting law. <br /> REQUEST TO RESERVE TIME — Chair Lancaster called for anyone from the audience had a <br /> request to reserve time and no one responded. <br /> VERIFY AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION -The affidavit of publication was received. <br /> Karen made a motion and Quandt seconded the motion to approve the following by consent <br /> agenda <br /> 1. Placed on file the minutes of the December 10, 2019 meeting <br /> 2. 10 Approved Resolution #19-237 Setting the salary for the public defender for January <br /> 2020 <br /> 3. 10 Approved Resolution #19-238 Sitting the salary for County Commissioners for 2020 <br /> 4. 11 approved the appointment of Quinten Schafer to the Hall County Extension Board <br /> 5. 12 Approved the election commissioner's fees <br /> 6. 14 Approved the amusement licenses for <br /> BosselmanTravel Center <br /> Grand Island Saddle Club <br /> Pilot Travel Center <br /> Rasoi LLC <br /> Travel Center of America <br /> Wood River Municipal Golf Course <br /> Fonner View Golf Course <br /> 7. 19 Approved the bi weekly pay claims for December 27, 2019 pay date <br /> 8. 20 Authorized the County Clerk to pay regular claims for December 27, 2019 payment <br /> 9. 21 Placed on file the office reports from County Clerk, County Assessor/Register of <br /> Deeds <br /> 10. 22 Placed on file the Hall County Treasurer's Miscellaneous Receipts <br /> 11. 23 no communications on file <br /> Richardson ask that item numbers 12 and 14 be added to the consent agenda and Bredthauer <br /> and Quandt approved to add them. <br /> Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson and Richardson all voted yes and <br /> none voted no.
