HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING OCTOBER 29, 2019 The Hall County Board of Supervisors convened October 15, 2019 by published call in the County Board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island. CALL TO ORDER - The meeting was called to order by Chair Pam Lancaster. Invocation by Pam Lancaster. ROLL CALL - Present on roll call were Karen Bredthauer, Dick Hartman, Butch Hurst, Pamela Lancaster, Ron Peterson, Gary Quandt., and Jane Richardson. Also present was Board Assistant Kim Duncan. NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAW— Chair Lancaster read the notice of open meeting law. REQUEST TO RESERVE TIME — Chair Lancaster called for anyone from the audience had a request to reserve time and no one responded. VERIFY AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION - The affidavit of publication was received. Bredthauer made a motion and Quandt seconded to place on file following. 1. Placed on file the minutes from the October 15, 2019 meeting 2. 9. A) Set the public hearing for the renewal of the conditional use permit for Aurora Cooperative Elevator Co at 6235 Schauppsville Road Wood River, NE for November 26, 2019 a 9:30 a.m... 3. 9 b) Set the public hearing for the renewal of the conditional use permit for Aurora Cooperative Elevator Co for November 26, 2019 at 9:45 a.m. 4. 9 c) Set the public hearing for the conditional use permit for Smart Soil LLC. for December 10, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. 5. 11 Placed on file the annual report from the Hall County Park 6. 12 Placed on file the Hall County Treasurer's report on distress warrants 7. 17 Approved the bi weekly pay claims 8. 18 Approved the early claims 9. 19 no county office reports 10. 20 Placed on file the Hall County Treasurer's miscellaneous receipts 11. 21 Placed on file communications Stuhr Museum meeting minutes Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson and Richardson all voted yes and none voted no.
