RESOLUTION#19- 11--k , <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF BOSSELVILLE FIFTH <br /> SUBDIVISON —A TRACT OF LAND CONSISTING OF ALL OF OUTLOT 1, BLOCK 2, <br /> BOSSELVILLE SUBDIVISION, PART OF THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST <br /> QUARTER (E1/2 SE1/4) AND PART OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE <br /> SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (NE 1/4 , SW 1/4 , SE 1/4 ) <br /> ALL OF SECTION THIRTEEN (13), TOWNSHIP TEN (10) NORTH, RANGE TEN (10) <br /> WEST OF THE 67.11 P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br /> WHEREAS, Known all men by these presents,that Bosselman Travel Center, INC., being the said <br /> owners of the land described hereon,have caused same to be surveyed, subdivided, platted and <br /> designated as "BOSSELVILLE FIFTH SUBDIVISION", a tract of land comprising of all of Outlot <br /> 1, Block 2, Bosselville Subdivision, part of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter(E1/4 , SE 1/4) <br /> and part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE 1/4, SW <br /> 1/4 , SE 1/4)of Section Thirteen(13), Township Ten(10)North, Range Ten(9) West of the 6th P.M. <br /> in Hall County,Nebraska, and <br /> WHEREAS, the above-described real estate is located in an unincorporated area of Hall <br /> County, and is not within and area over which a city or village exercises extraterritorial zoning <br /> jurisdiction; and <br /> WHEREAS, on September 4, 2019,the Hall County Regional Planning Commission <br /> considered said final plat at its regular meeting and recommended approval; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County Board of Supervisors of Hall County held a meeting and <br /> considered said final plat on September 17, 2019, upon publication of notice of the same in the <br /> Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper in the county, be it <br /> RESOLVED, upon review of the final plat and consideration of the recommendations of <br /> the Regional Planning Commission, the report of the County Highway Superintendent, and the <br /> evidence, testimony, and comments received, the Board finds that the plat has been prepared in <br /> compliance with the Hall County Subdivision Regulations and such final plat of BOSSELVILLE <br /> FIFTH SUBDIVISION should be and is hereby approved.
