HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING SEPTEMBER 3, 2019 <br /> The Hall County Board of Supervisors convened September 3, 2019 by published call in the <br /> County Board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island. <br /> CALL TO ORDER -The meeting was called to order by Chair Pam Lancaster. <br /> INVOCATION - Invocation was given by Pam Lancaster <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE —The Pledge of Allegiance was given in unison. <br /> ROLL CALL - Present on roll call were Karen Bredthauer, Butch Hurst, Pamela <br /> Lancaster, Ron Peterson Gary Quandt and Jane Richardson. Dick Hartman was absent. Also <br /> present were Deputy County Attorney Sarah Carstensen, County attorney Marty Klein and <br /> Board Assistant Kim Dugan. <br /> NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAW— Chair Lancaster read the notice of open meeting law. <br /> VERIFY AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION -The affidavit of publication was received. <br /> REQUEST TO RESERVE TIME — Lancaster stated that if anyone from the audience has a <br /> request to reserve time to come forward at this time. Lancaster noted that there are people <br /> present that would like to address item 13. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA— Bredthauer made a motion and Quandt seconded to approve the <br /> following. <br /> 1. Placed on file the August 20th minutes <br /> 2. 14 Ratified the August 23, 2019 Hall County Disaster Declaration <br /> 3. 15 Authorized the Chair to sign the keno agreements <br /> 4. 16 Authorized the chair to sign the MOU between the City of Grand Island and <br /> Hall County for the 2019 Byrne Justice Assistance Grant. <br /> 5. 19 Approved the appointment of Kris Nolan Brown to the Museum operating <br /> Board <br /> 6. 20 Approved the resolution #19-171 to decease the pubic depository bond with <br /> Travelers Casualty to $6,000,000.00 <br /> 7. 21 Placed on file the inventories <br /> 8. 22 Approved the special designated liquor license for MNO Hometown market for <br /> a wedding reception <br /> 9. 24 Approved the bi weekly pay claims <br /> 10.25 Approved the early claims <br /> 11.26 Placed on file the office report from the County Clerk <br /> 12.27 Placed on file the Hall County Treasurer's miscellaneous receipts <br /> 13.No communications on file <br /> Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson and Richardson all voted yes and none voted <br /> no.
