RESOLUTION#19 f T P <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RENEWAL OF A CONDITINAL USE PERMIT FOR <br /> LOT TWO(2),BUDD SECOND SUBDIVISION,HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA <br /> WHEREAS, Bosselman Energy Inc. made application to the Hall County Building-Zoning <br /> Administrator for the renewal of a permit for the conditional use of a certain tract of real estate located within <br /> the zoning authority of the County of Hall,to-wit: <br /> The Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE 1/4 NE 1/4) of Section One (1), Township Ten <br /> (10) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th PM in Hall County, Nebraska, also known as Lot <br /> Two(2),Budd Second Subdivision. <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant Hall County's Zoning Resolution, the Hall County Board of Supervisors may <br /> authorize permitted conditional uses which are in conformance with the intent of the district in which it is <br /> proposed to be located upon consideration of the factors set forth in the Zoning Resolution; and <br /> WHEREAS, on August 20, 2019, the Hall County Board of Supervisors held a public hearing on <br /> said application following due and proper publication of notice. <br /> THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the application for a conditional use of the above-described <br /> real estate for operation of a wholesale propane gas distribution facility be hereby approved subject to the <br /> following conditions, limitations and requirements: <br /> 1. The facility shall be developed in accordance with the site plan dated April 14, 1999, as <br /> approved by the Regional Planning Director and the County Building Inspector. <br /> 2. The facility shall comply with applicable state and federal licensing regulations concerning <br /> storage,transportation and sales of propane gas. <br /> 3. Bulk propane tank areas shall be fenced with a chain link security fence of not less than eight(8) <br /> feet in height. <br /> 4. There shall be no dealer sales or individual sales on site. <br /> 5. Entrance to the facility shall be through the northerly drive and exit from the facility shall be <br /> through the southerly drive. <br /> 6. This conditional use permit approval shall be valid for a five year period from and after August <br /> 20, 2019,subject thereafter to application for renewal. <br /> Resolution moved by Supervisor C,-cu\..4. cILQ.
