RESOLUTION #19- I 14I <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF DARLINGS LANDING <br /> SUBDIVISON —A TRACT OF LAND COMPRISING OF LOT 3 NIEDFELT 1ST <br /> SUBDIVISION AND A PART OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST <br /> QUARTER (NE1/4 NE1/4) OF SECTION THIRTYFIVE (35), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) <br /> NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE 6111 P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br /> WHEREAS, Known all men by these presents,that Brian J Darling and Renee E. Ruzicka <br /> Husband and Wife,Norbert J. Zoucha,Trustee of the Norbert J. Zoucha Revocable Trust,and <br /> Elizabeth L. Zoucha Revocable Living Trust,being the said owners of the land described hereon, <br /> have caused same to be surveyed, subdivided,platted and designated as"DARLINGS LANDING <br /> SUBDIVISION",a tract of land comprising of Lot 3 Niedfelt 1st Subdivision and part of the <br /> Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter(NE 1/4,NE 1/4)of Section Thirty-Five(35), Township <br /> Eleven(11)North,Range Nine(9) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County,Nebraska, and <br /> WHEREAS, the above-described real estate is located in an unincorporated area of Hall <br /> County, and is not within and area over which a city or village exercises extraterritorial zoning <br /> jurisdiction; and <br /> WHEREAS,on August 7,2019,the Hall County Regional Planning Commission <br /> considered said final plat at its regular meeting and recommended approval; and <br /> WHEREAS,the County Board of Supervisors of Hall County held a meeting and <br /> considered said final plat on August 20, 2019, upon publication of notice of the same in the <br /> Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper in the county,be it <br /> RESOLVED, upon review of the final plat and consideration of the recommendations of <br /> the Regional Planning Commission,the report of the County Highway Superintendent, and the <br /> evidence, testimony, and comments received, the Board finds that the plat has been prepared in <br /> compliance with the Hall County Subdivision Regulations and such final plat of DARLINGS <br /> LANDING SUBDIVISION should be and is hereby approved.
