DISCUSSION & POSSIBLE ACTION ON SMART SOIL TEST PLOT FOR COMPOST <br /> FACILITY - Quandt noted there were problems in the past but this is an opportunity to do a test <br /> plot and if the board or the neighbors do not like it they can shut it down. If the test plot goes <br /> forward it will open it up or nail it shut and have to come up with a viable solution. The <br /> committee will be JBS board members and neighbors and at the end of the 90 days it will be <br /> looked at and move forward. There are good representatives. This has never been handled <br /> right. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Bredthauer seconded to move forward with a 90 day test plot and <br /> set the restrictions and set up a committee. Bredthauer, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt and Peterson <br /> voted yes and Hartman and Richardson voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 10 <br />
