HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING JUNE 25, 2019 <br /> The Hall County Board of Supervisors convened June 25, 2019 by published call in the County <br /> Board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island. <br /> CALL TO ORDER - The meeting was called to order by Chair Pam Lancaster. <br /> INVOCATION - Invocation was given by Ron Peterson. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE — The Pledge of Allegiance was given in unison. <br /> ROLL CALL - Present on roll call were Karen Bredthauer, Dick Hartman, Butch Hurst, Pamela <br /> Lancaster, Ron Peterson Gary Quandt and Jane Richardson also present were Deputy <br /> County Attorney Sarah Carstensen. Alain and Kristi <br /> NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAW— Chair Lancaster read the notice of open meeting law. <br /> VERIFY AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION - The affidavit of publication was received. <br /> REQUEST TO RESERVE TIME — Lancaster stated that if anyone from the audience has a <br /> request to reserve time to come forwards and Mr. Ron Baldwin with J.I.L. requested to address <br /> the board regarding an update on the asphalt projects. Item 16 <br /> Bredthauer made a motion and Quandt seconded to approve the following by consent agenda. <br /> 1. Placed on file the minutes of the June 11, 2019 meeting <br /> 2. Set the public hearing for ATC Sequoia LLC for cell tower renewal for July 9 2019 at <br /> 9:30 a.m. <br /> 3. 7 Set the public hearing for a conditional use permit for compost facility for Smart Soil <br /> LLC for July 23, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. <br /> 4. 9 Approved the interlocal agreement with Central Nebraska Drug Court & the <br /> Administrative Office of the Courts & Probation <br /> 5. 12 Approved the reappointment of Paul Sullivan to the Hall County Housing Authority <br /> Board <br /> 6. 13 Approved the appointment of Gene McCloud to the CVB Board <br /> 7. 14 Approved the designated liquor license for Prairie Pride Brewing for July 20, 2019 <br /> 8. 15 Authorized the chair to sign the agreement with Gallagher Benefit Services Inc. for <br /> the renewal of the VSP vision and Alliance Long Term Care Plan <br /> 9. 19 laced on file the office reports from the County Clerk, County Attorney monthly <br /> statistics report for February March April & May and the Public Defender case load totals <br /> 10. 20 Placed on file the Hall County Treasurer's Miscellaneous receipts <br /> 11. Placed on file communications <br /> Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson and Richardson all voted yeas and <br /> none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 1 <br />
