RESOLUTION #19- o q ki <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF FIVE-H RANCH SUBDIVISON — <br /> A TRACT OF LAND CONSISTING OF PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF <br /> THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (NW 1/4, SW 1/4 ) OF SECTION THIRTY-TWO (32) , <br /> TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE EVELEN (11) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. IN <br /> HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br /> WHEREAS, Known all men by these presents, that FIVE-H RANCH, L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited <br /> Liability Company, being the said owner of the land described hereon, have caused same to be <br /> surveyed, subdivided,platted and designated as"FIVE-H RANCH SUBDIVISION", a tract of <br /> land comprised of part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter(NW 1/4, SW '/4) of <br /> Section Thirty-Two (32), Township Eleven(11)North, Range Eleven(11) West of the 6ch P.M. in <br /> Hall County,Nebraska, and <br /> WHEREAS, the above-described real estate is located in an unincorporated area of Hall <br /> County, and is not within and area over which a city or village exercises extraterritorial zoning <br /> jurisdiction; and <br /> WHEREAS, on June 5, 2019, the Hall County Regional Planning Commission considered <br /> said final plat at its regular meeting and recommended approval; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County Board of Supervisors of Hall County held a meeting and <br /> considered said final plat on June 11, 2019, upon publication of notice of the same in the Grand <br /> Island Independent, a legal newspaper in the county, be it <br /> RESOLVED, upon review of the final plat and consideration of the recommendations of <br /> the Regional Planning Commission, the report of the County Highway Superintendent, and the <br /> evidence, testimony, and comments received, the Board finds that the plat has been prepared in <br /> compliance with the Hall County Subdivision Regulations and such final plat of FIVE-H <br /> RANCH SUBDIVISION should be and is hereby approved.
