HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING May 28, 2019 <br /> The Hall County Board of Supervisors convened May 28, 2019 by published call in the County <br /> Board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island. <br /> CALL TO ORDER -The meeting was called to order by Chair Pam Lancaster. <br /> INVOCATION - Invocation was given by Pamela Lancaster. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE —The Pledge of Allegiance was given in unison. <br /> ROLL CALL - Present on roll call were Karen Bredthauer, Dick Hartman, Butch Hurst, Pamela <br /> Lancaster, Ron Peterson, Gary Quandt and Jane Richardson. Also present were Deputy <br /> County Attorney Sarah Carstensen. <br /> NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAW—Chair Lancaster read the notice of open meeting law. <br /> VERIFY AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION - The affidavit of publication was received. <br /> REQUEST TO RESERVE TIME — Lancaster stated that if anyone from the audience has a <br /> request to reserve time to come forward. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA— Bredthauer made a motion and Quandt seconded to approve the <br /> following by consent agenda. <br /> 1. Placed on file the minutes of the May 14, 2019 meeting <br /> 2. 10c Set the public hearing for ATC Sequoia LLC for a Cell Tower for June 25, 2019 a <br /> 9:30 a.m. <br /> 3. 14 approved the appointment of Andy Marsh to the Stuhr Museum Operating Board <br /> 4. 18 Approved the bi weekly pay claims <br /> 5. 19 Approved the regular claims <br /> 6. 20 Placed on file the office report from the County Clerk <br /> 7. 21 Placed on file the Hall County Treasurer's miscellaneous receipts <br /> 8. 22 no communications on file <br /> 9. 13 Discussion regarding the voting board Lancaster noted that needs to be repaired or <br /> replaced and she will work with IT and Marla to see what options are available. Hartman <br /> expressed concern on spending the money <br /> Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson and Richardson all voted yes and <br /> none voted no.
