RESOLUTION #19- (}f1.3 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF JRMORTON FARM <br /> SUBDIVISION A TRACT OF LAND CONSITING OF PART OF THE WEST HALF OF <br /> THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER(W % SW' ) OF SECTION TWENTY-THREE (23), <br /> TOWNSHIP TEN (10) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9)WESTOF THE 611' P.M., HALL <br /> COUNTY, NEBRASKA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> WHEREAS, KNOWN all men by these presents that JRMORTON FARMS L.L.C., A <br /> Nebraska Limited Liability Company, being the owner of the land described hereon, have caused <br /> same to be surveyed, subdivided, platted, and designated as JRMORTON FARMS <br /> SUBDIVISION, in Hall County,Nebraska a tract of land located consisting of part of the west <br /> half of the southwest quarter (W 1/2 SW '/4) of Section Twenty-Three (23), Township Nine (9) <br /> West, of the 6th p.m., Hall County,Nebraska; and <br /> WHEREAS, the above-described real estate is located in an unincorporated area of Hall <br /> County; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Developer has submitted a Final Plat for JRMORTON FARMS <br /> SUBDIVISION, and <br /> WHEREAS, on May 1,2019,the Hall County Regional Planning Commission considered <br /> said final plat at its regular meeting and recommended approval; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County Board of Supervisors of Hall County held a meeting and <br /> considered said final plat on May 14, 2019, upon publication of notice of the same in the Grand <br /> Island Independent, a legal newspaper in the county, be it <br /> RESOLVED, upon review of the final plat and consideration of the recommendations of <br /> the Regional Planning Commission, the report of the County Highway Superintendent, and the <br /> evidence, testimony, and comments received, the Board finds that the plat has been prepared in <br /> compliance with the Hall County Subdivision Regulations and such final plat of JRMORTON <br /> FARMS SUBDIVISION should be and is hereby approved and the Chair is authorized to sign the <br /> approved plat and subdivision agreement. Dedication of the streets, roads and public easements <br /> depicted thereon are hereby approved and accepted. <br />
