RESOLUTION #19- (}f1.3 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF JRMORTON FARM SUBDIVISION A TRACT OF LAND CONSITING OF PART OF THE WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER(W % SW' ) OF SECTION TWENTY-THREE (23), TOWNSHIP TEN (10) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9)WESTOF THE 611' P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, KNOWN all men by these presents that JRMORTON FARMS L.L.C., A Nebraska Limited Liability Company, being the owner of the land described hereon, have caused same to be surveyed, subdivided, platted, and designated as JRMORTON FARMS SUBDIVISION, in Hall County,Nebraska a tract of land located consisting of part of the west half of the southwest quarter (W 1/2 SW '/4) of Section Twenty-Three (23), Township Nine (9) West, of the 6th p.m., Hall County,Nebraska; and WHEREAS, the above-described real estate is located in an unincorporated area of Hall County; and WHEREAS,the Developer has submitted a Final Plat for JRMORTON FARMS SUBDIVISION, and WHEREAS, on May 1,2019,the Hall County Regional Planning Commission considered said final plat at its regular meeting and recommended approval; and WHEREAS, the County Board of Supervisors of Hall County held a meeting and considered said final plat on May 14, 2019, upon publication of notice of the same in the Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper in the county, be it RESOLVED, upon review of the final plat and consideration of the recommendations of the Regional Planning Commission, the report of the County Highway Superintendent, and the evidence, testimony, and comments received, the Board finds that the plat has been prepared in compliance with the Hall County Subdivision Regulations and such final plat of JRMORTON FARMS SUBDIVISION should be and is hereby approved and the Chair is authorized to sign the approved plat and subdivision agreement. Dedication of the streets, roads and public easements depicted thereon are hereby approved and accepted.
