Resolution #19- (`)5 i <br /> RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE HALL <br /> COUNTY ELECTION COMMISSIONER BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2018-19 <br /> WHEREAS, due to unforeseen circumstances there are additional expenses to be <br /> incurred in the operation of the Hall County Election Commissioner Budget which could have <br /> not been reasonably anticipated at the time the county budget for the current year was adopted; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, funds for the operation of the Hall County Election Commissioner Budget <br /> are included in the County budget as part of the County General Fund; and <br /> WHEREAS, there are sufficient unexpended and unencumbered funds remaining the <br /> County General Fund Miscellaneous General line item 100-970-00-2-9900 (Miscellaneous) to <br /> permit a transfer of $7,300 from said line item to the following County General Fund Election <br /> Commissioner line items 100-607-00-1-0309 (Election Salaries) for $1,400, 100-607-00-3-0113 <br /> (Voting Supplies) for $2,600, and 100-607-00-2-1801 (Dues, Sub, Reg, and Training) for $3,300 <br /> in order to pay said unanticipated additional expenses: <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Hall County Board of Supervisors that <br /> the County General Fund Miscellaneous General line item 100-970-00-2-9900 be reduced in the <br /> amount of $7,300 and that General Fund Election Commissioner line items be increased as <br /> follows - 100-607-00-1-0309 by $1,400, 100-607-00-3-0113 by $2,600, and 100-607-00-2-1801 <br /> by $3,300. Said action being taken in order to permit the payment of additional and unforeseen <br /> expenses to be incurred in the operation of the Hall County Election Commissioner Budget for <br /> the fiscal year 2018 — 2019.
