HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING APRIL 2, 2019 <br /> The Hall County Board of Supervisors convened April 2, 2019 by published call in the County <br /> Board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island. <br /> CALL TO ORDER -The meeting was called to order by Chair Pam Lancaster. <br /> INVOCATION - Invocation was given by Jane Richardson. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE —The Pledge of Allegiance was given in unison. <br /> ROLL CALL - Present on roll call were Karen Bredthauer, Dick Hartman, Butch Hurst, Pamela <br /> Lancaster, Ron Peterson Gary Quandt and Jane Richardson also present were Deputy <br /> County Attorney Sarah Carstensen, Sheriff Richard Conrad. <br /> NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAW—Chair Lancaster read the notice of open meeting law. <br /> VERIFY AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION - The affidavit of publication was received. <br /> REQUEST TO RESERVE TIME — Lancaster stated that if anyone from the audience has a <br /> request to reserve time to come forwards and no one responded. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA— Bredthauer made a motion and Quandt seconded to approve the <br /> following by consent agenda. <br /> 1. Placed on file the minutes of the March 19, 2019 meeting <br /> 2. 8 The resolution for the PUD was to be approved after the public hearing <br /> 3. 14 Placed on file the Hall County Keno financial statement for quarter ending 12/31/2018 <br /> 4. 15 Approved the keno grant for Cairo Quick Response Team for $25,000.00 <br /> 5. 16 Discussion to transfer the conditional use permits to the building inspector <br /> Richardson requested that this was pulled for further discussion <br /> 6. 19 Placed on file the report of public tax sales for delinquent 2017 real estate taxes <br /> 7. 21 Approved the biweekly pay claims <br /> 8. Approved the early claims as listed <br /> Hall Co Convention & Visitors Bureau lodging tax $ 21,713.57 <br /> City of Grand Island Utilities Corrections 11,948.85 <br /> City of Grand Island Utilities all Bldgs. 10,951.23 <br /> City of Grand Island Utilities park 973.59 <br /> Black Hills Energy Road Dept. 63.92 <br /> Grand Island Utilities Road Dept. 1,906.55 <br /> Century Link Road Dept. 272.99 <br /> Card Service Center Road Dept. 647.13 <br /> Bosselman Energy, Inc. 23,219.66 <br /> Herman Plumbing 2,413.57 <br /> ADP payroll Clerk 7236.71 <br /> 9. 23 No county office reports on file <br /> 10. 24 Placed on file the Hall County Treasurer's miscellaneous receipts <br /> 11. 25 Placed on file communications a letter from Regional Planning <br /> Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Quandt, Peterson and Richardson all voted yes and <br /> none voted no.
