RESOLUTION #19 - b 3� <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HALL COUNTY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO APPLY <br /> FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE <br /> WHEREAS, THERE ARE FFY 2019 federal funds available under Section 5311 of the <br /> Federal Transit Act and for the Nebraska Public Transportation Assistance Program; and <br /> WHEREAS, Hall County Public Transportation desires to apply for said funds to provide <br /> public transportation in Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Hall County Board of Supervisors hereby <br /> instructs Hall County Public Transportation to apply for said funds. Said funds are to be used <br /> for Hall County Public Transportation's transportation operations in the FY 2019 — 2020 <br /> Application for Public Transportation Assistance. <br /> BE IF FURTHER RESOLVED that the Hall County Board of Supervisors hereby authorizes <br /> the Chairman of the Hall County Board of Supervisors to sign said application for Public <br /> Transportation Assistance. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in the event Public Transportation Assistance is awarded <br /> as a result of the aforementioned Application, the Hall County Board of Supervisors hereby <br /> agrees to provide matching funds up to and including $6,646.00.
