HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING MARCH 5, 2019 <br /> The Hall County Board of Supervisors convened March 5 , 2019 by published call in the County <br /> Board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island. <br /> CALL TO ORDER - The meeting was called to order by Chair Pam Lancaster. <br /> INVOCATION - Invocation was given by Ron Peterson. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE —The Pledge of Allegiance was given in unison. <br /> ROLL CALL - Present on roll call were Karen Bredthauer, Dick Hartman, Butch Hurst, Pamela <br /> Lancaster, Ron Peterson Gary Quandt and Jane Richardson Also present were Deputy <br /> County Attorney Sarah County Attorney Jim Castleberry . <br /> NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAW— Chair Lancaster read the notice of open meeting law. <br /> VERIFY AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION - The affidavit of publication was received. <br /> REQUEST TO RESERVE TIME — Lancaster stated that if anyone from the audience has a <br /> request to reserve time to come forwards and no one responded. <br /> Chair Lancaster requested that cell phones are put away during the meeting. Richardson <br /> questioned calls for family emergencies <br /> CONSENT AGENDA— Bredthauer made a motion and Peterson seconded to approve the <br /> following by consent agenda. <br /> 1. Placed on file the minutes from the February 19, 2019 meeting <br /> 2. 4a Set the public hearing for the South Locust Farm Lease for March 19, 2019 at 9:45 <br /> a.m. <br /> 3. 4b Set the public hearing for 6750 old Potash Highway leased ground for alfalfa for <br /> March 19, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. <br /> 4. 6 Approved Resolution #19-021 Approve the subdivision agreement for all lots contained <br /> in Prairie Creek Meadow Subdivision and lot 7 of Prairie Creek Meadows Second <br /> Subdivision <br /> 5. 7 Authorized the Chair to sign Prairie Creek Meadow Subdivision Agreement and Lot 7 <br /> of Prairie Creek Meadows Second Subdivision <br /> 6. 20 Approved the biweekly pay claims <br /> 7. 21 Approved the early claims as per attached list <br /> 8. 22 Placed on file the County Clerk's office report <br /> 9. 23 Placed on file the Hall County Treasurer's miscellaneous receipts <br /> 10. 24 Placed on file communications a letter from INSUR <br /> Richardson requested to add number 6 and 7 and Karen and Ron agreed. <br /> Bredthauer, Hartman, Hurst, Lancaster, Peterson, Quandt and Richardson all voted yes and <br /> none voted no.
