6. That the Appellee provided the proposed Offer to Confess Judgment to the Appellant which <br /> proposes to set the 2017 tax year taxable value of the subject property to: <br /> a. Revised Value of Land: $28,601.00 <br /> b. Revised Value of Improvements: $259,018.00 <br /> c. Total: $287,619.00 <br /> 7. The Appellant has filed an Acceptance of the proposed Offer to Confess Judgment. <br /> IT IS ORDERED THAT: <br /> 1. The Appellee's Motion for Leave to Confess Judgment is hereby approved. <br /> 2. That based upon the Offer and acceptance of the Appellee's Confession of Judgment, the <br /> decision of the Hall County Board of Equalization determining the taxable value of the subject property for <br /> tax year 2017, is hereby vacated and set aside. <br /> 3. That the taxable value of the subject property for the 2017 tax year shall be as follows: <br /> 4. That this Decision and Order, if no appearl is timely filed, shall be certified to the Hall County <br /> Assessor/Register of Deeds and the Hall County Treasurer, pursuant to NEB.REV.STAT. §77-5018 (R.S. <br /> Supp. 2014). <br /> 5. That any request for relief, by any party, which is not specifically provided for in this Decision <br /> and Order, is denied. <br /> 6. That each party shall bear is own costs in this proceeding. <br /> 7.
